CHOOSE THE TASTE is a family owned and operated bakery which represents a lifetime of passion for baking and creating the highest quality desserts and breads. We make all our desserts and breads from scratch and only use the finest natural ingredients available to create our delicious, unique desserts, breads and sweet treats.
What makes our desserts unique is our combination of European, Asian and American recipes which have been designed to be simple, delicious, decadent and healthy as well as creative and flavorful. * We prepare, package and then sell only what we produce in our licensed & insured commercial facility which meets and exceeds all hygiene & safety standards required by the State of Colorado Department of Public Health & Weld County Department of Public Health and Environment * We also offer our famous original cakes and cookies that include probiotics (50Billion) and all the health benefits that come with this special, immune boosting ingredient. We have blended the enjoyment of dessert and creatively added a healthy aspect to our homemade cakes and cookies. |

Our baked goods are handmade from scratch and contain the finest quality ingredients available. Some of our desserts & ready to eat dishes can be ordered Gluten Free , Vegan and Dairy Free.
Orders And Pick up - Please read carefully !
Order Hours : Monday - Saturday 9am-6pm. Pick up orders : Monday-Friday; 9am-6pm.
Important ! We only sell our goodies in the USA (50 STATES). We do not accept international orders ! All orders must be picked up from our Johnstown CO location ( see the address below). The only exceptions are the ginger cookies and the canned Salsa, which can be shipped for your convenience, or whatever you buy directly from stores. * In order to fulfill the orders we required the payment (invoice ,cash, check) to be made before the due date ! If payment for the orders has NOT been made, the company reserves the right to cancel the order! Sorry for the inconvenience this may cause.
** For orders of $300.00 or higher we deliver free of charge on a 20- mile radius around our location. **

A) You can order and pay online and pick up your order from our Johnstown CO location.
B) Or if more convenient, you can come to our location to discuss to place your order and pay. Later you can come back to pick up your order when it is ready.
***We accept cash and most credit cards.

Especially for desserts, we request a minimum 3 days notice for most orders, but custom designs may require more time like 4 to 6 days. If you are in a hurry and want the next day to have you order ready for pick up, we will apply an extra charge of 25% more at the total price (this option not include wedding cake or large orders) !
For wedding cakes, tiered cakes, or custom designs please call us or email us to set up an appointment if you live in the city or nearby. Or set up a meeting on the phone, to determine what your preferences are and advice you to choose the one that is best for your event.
*** In order to secure a date, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit especially for catering, weddings and larger orders!
Full payment is required 10 working days prior to the event date! ***
